We were not given any information about the history of the winery. It is obviously a very hipster/California casual vibe, but the waiter/waitresses took that vibe and ran. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival, but after we were seated, the service turned to terrible. The winery itself is extremely charming, but that is where the good impression ends. When you think of wine country this is what I imagined it to look like. This was definitely enough food to be considered a meal for us. They told us ahead of time it was heavier than a snack but lighter than a lunch. One in our group wasn’t feeling well and was not a problem to cancel her food and drink. It was no problem to omit the wine and opt just for food for one in our party. They top if off with clementines which were very sweet and refreshing. We were served 4 glasses of wine with our meal. It did get a little chilly so I would bring a blanket.
We sat outside on the patio with the beautiful palm trees and mountains as our view. The food was delicious and served family style. The views and grounds are spectacular! Our server, Angelyn was great and informative. They greeted us with our first glass of wine while we waited for our table to be ready.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were here celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday and this was by far her favorite bday experience.
