According to the Brewer's Association 2021 survey on diversity, non-Hispanic whites accounted for 93.5 percent of craft brewery owners, with just 0.4 percent of brewery owners being non-Hispanic Black (Hispanics of all races made up 2.2 percent of owners). The craft beer industry has a problem with a lack of diversity.
